Honorary Degree Nomination Form
Please submit your nomination using the below online form. Note that you must complete all mandatory fields (indicated by the red asterisk), including the consent checkbox at the bottom of the page or the nomination will not be submitted. It is recommended to save your answers in a word document before submitting. For those who prefer to submit their nomination by email, click here to download the PDF form.
Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact Kathy McKinley, Assistant University Secretary at Kathy.McKinley@carleton.ca or 613-520-2600 x3386. Otherwise, the Senate office will follow up on your application in the coming weeks.
Nominations may be submitted at any time, but are considered by the committee only twice per year. Nominations are submitted in strict confidence and should therefore not be discussed with the intended nominee.
Please note that incomplete nominations will not be considered.
