Interested in Attending Open Session?

The open session of meetings are open to non-Senators, subject to space availability. Those interested in attending must email the Assistant University Secretary at least 48 hours in advance. Please refer to Meeting Protocols for Virtual Observers prior to attending.

Meeting Materials

Open session meeting materials will be posted seven days prior to each meeting. Minutes for open sessions will be added as they are approved.
