- Is this program for me?

This program is for any new undergraduate student attending Carleton for the 2024/2025 academic term including transfer, international, mature and first-generation students.
The program covers information for students in all five faculties: Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Faculty of Public Affairs, Faculty of Engineering and Design, Faculty of Science and the Sprott School of Business.
- Why should I participate?

Students who attend a Summer Orientation session will gain knowledge on the services and programs available to students that support their academic success and personal development for their time at Carleton.
Upon completion of the program, students may add the program to their Co-Curricular Record.
- How do I register?

Registration for Summer Orientation is now live, to register for a session, click here.
- What is the cost for Summer Orientation?

Registration costs $40.00 + HST per attendee. This cost includes parking on-campus, morning refreshments, lunch at the caf, and access to exclusive presentations and content.
- What are the dates for Summer Orientation?

Six Summer Orientation sessions run throughout August.
- Friday, August 9th
- Saturday, August 10th
- Friday, August 16th
- Saturday, August 17th
- Friday, August 23rd
- Saturday, August 24th
