Vice-Provost and Associate Vice-President (Academic) David Hornsby, is pleased to announce the outstanding educators receiving the 2024 Carleton University Teaching Award.
Aaron Doyle (Department of Sociology and Anthropology) and Katie Lucas (Institute of Environmental and Interdisciplinary Science) have received the Provost’s Fellowship in Teaching Award for their dedication to teaching excellence and the scholarship of teaching and learning.
Matthew Pearson (School of Journalism and Communication), Laura Pickell (Department of Health Sciences) and Fateme Rajabiyazdi (Department of Systems and Computer Engineering) have been honoured with the New Faculty Excellence in Teaching Award for the energy they bring to their teaching and their pursuit of teaching excellence and innovation.
The Excellence in Learning Support Award has gone to Larry Thompson (MacOdrum Library).
