Natasha Joukovskaia is the Project Coordinator for the Centre for European Studies. She provides general support and advice to the EU-Learning project team.
Natalia was born in the Kaliningrad region, Russia. She came to Canada in 2000 to pursue her MA degree at the Institute of European and Russian Studies, Carleton University. Since her graduation in 2002, she has been managing international projects at Carleton University and undertaking
consulting projects in the area of international development.
The projects she has worked on include Governance Advisory and Exchange Program (CIDA), Task Force on Multilateral Institution Development Business (Trade Team Canada Service Industries, Industry Canada), Women and Labour Market Reform in Russia Project (CIDA). Her research interests include international political economy and development policy management.
