The Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence is hosting the 2023 Teachers’ Workshop, “Teaching about the European Union in the Classroom”, for high school teachers on Thursday, November 30, 2023.
The Teachers’ Workshop will provide the opportunity to strengthen a teacher’s knowledge about the European Union (EU) with presentations in room 481 of the history of the EU, two current topics of importance and provide a demonstration of the new lesson plan focused on understanding the war in Ukraine. In addition, there will be a presentation by a political advisor of the Delegation of the European Union to Canada focused on the current EU-Canada relations followed by a reception hosted by the Delegation.
