On Wednesday, April 15, the Province of Ontario extended the state of emergency for an additional 28 days. As we prepare ourselves for an additional month of social distancing measures, many are feeling increasingly distraught, with each person’s experience varying. We are experiencing something so unprecedented at both the macro and micro levels that it can be difficult to weed through the many different emotions and articulate what we’re feeling. While we are all in this together, our experiences and resulting feelings are very unique.

All around us the world is quickly changing and it can easily feel as though we have little to no control; this can be stress and anxiety inducing for many. In an effort to help you and your employees cope with stress relating to factors they cannot control, we have attached these guides for easy distribution at: https://i.carleton.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/FSEAP-Guide-to-Living-During-Global-Uncertainty.pdf

We would further like to remind you that there are additional alternative points of access for EAP services. Employees can submit an online request for services through our website or through our recently launched mobile app, available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

Through both our website and app, Carleton staff may log in and access informational pages and submit a request for services by using the username/password found on this page.
