For the 2023 tax year, Carleton University will not be providing the T2200S (Declaration of Conditions of Employment for Working at Home Due to COVID-19) tax form.
If you require a past T2200S form between 2020-22, please use our Past T2200S Tax Form Request form for a copy.
Human Resources will be issuing T2200 (Declaration of Conditions of Employment) tax forms to eligible employees for 2023.To be eligible to receive a T2200, the employee must have an approved flexible work agreement in place for 2023, which indicates that the employee works from home a minimum of 50% of their working hours, and is for a period of at least 4 consecutive weeks during the tax year. Forms for eligible employees can be found in the My HR section of the Carleton Intranet. Please contact Human Resources if you have any questions about your eligibility.
