Psychology Month is celebrated every February to highlight the contributions of Canadian psychologists and to teach Canadians how psychology works to help – people live healthy and happy lives, their communities flourish, their employers create effective workplaces, and their governments develop good policies.

To showcase how Psychology is engrained in our lives, and how it can lead to a diverse set of careers, the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) has profiled 29 different people, all of whom have backgrounds in Psychology. The Department is proud to see 6 of our own graduates on the list – Leanna Verrucci, Leigh Greiner, Natalie Jones, Robin Langerak, Anne-Marie Cote and Christina Bilczuk.

You can learn more about how Psychology worked for them on the CPA website here: Psychology Month – Canadian Psychological Association (cpa.ca)
