The student will not be permitted to register for this course until the proposal has been completed and approved by the supervisor. After submitting this form, the student MUST also register for COMP 4901 after a spot is opened for them by the undergraduate advisor.
The deadline to submit this proposal is a few days before the last day to register for the term (see undergraduate calendar for dates).
