Experience learning, build community

Campus to Community Days are half-day sessions that connect Carleton students with local non-profit and community organizations. They combine education with, hands-on work, reflection and community engagement.

Each Campus to Community day is lead by a Team Leader who guides participants through all aspects of the program – from transportation to reflection.

Campus to Community Days are designed to accommodate all levels of ability, and perfect for students looking to gain practical employment skills, build connections to the greater Ottawa community and, complement their academic studies with tangible experience.

Each day is unique and focused on themes ranging from sustainability, poverty, homelessness, education, women’s issues, and health and wellness.

Students who participate in Campus to Community Days can add their experience to their Co-Curricular Record – a transcript of your non-academic experiences at Carleton University.
