IMS, in tandem with CCS, will begin migrating electronic classroom computers from the Windows 7 platform to Windows 10 after classes end in December.
If you are teaching in an electronic classroom in the new year, there will be a slight change to the desktop environment residing on the computers inside the teaching consoles. One such change will be an upgrade to Microsoft Office 2016. Please visit the CCS Windows 10 webpage for more information.
It is also important to note that if you access any material in a classroom from your G: drive, you will need to click on a desktop icon to manually connect to this drive after you have logged in. Please refer to the IMS Windows 10 FAQ page for more information about this.
