ESP Student Employees – Programs Eligibility Questionnaire

ACT to Employ, the International Student Employment Program (ISEP), and Work Study are programs that support on-campus employment for students.

ESP needs to determine your eligibility for these programs.  Please respond to the questions below. There is an option if you don’t feel comfortable disclosing your information.  Any information shared with us will be kept in strict confidentiality.

Important Note: Your employment will not be affected if you indicate you do not wish to be included in these programs. Either way, your employment offer stands.
