You can use this link to send us course outlines, final exam details, and desk copy requests. We will request these submissions about one month prior to the start of each term, but you’re welcome to send us documents earlier.

Please note that all submissions are mandatory except for Desk Copy Requests, which are made at the instructor’s (or TA’s) discretion.

These portals provide access to key Carleton services and tools. Brightspace is used to host course content and can be used to host digital exams; Ventus is used for exam accommodations through the Paul Menton Centre; Carleton Central gives access to employee and financial information; and Carleton Intranet has various useful resources and updates about campus life, as well as our internal marketplace.

The CARE Report can be used to let specialized Carleton staff know about students who are struggling with mental health problems. If you’re concerned about a student, please make a report, but if the student is in crisis and potentially a danger to themselves or others, please call campus security (see below).
