Biography
Dr. abo el Ella is a Research Officer at the National Research Council as part of the Gas Turbine Lab under the Aerospace Research Centre in Ottawa. His research focuses on turbomachinery aerodynamic, aircraft systems design, as well as novel aircraft propulsion technologies including hybrid electric propulsion.
Dr. abo el Ella is affiliated with Carleton University as an Adjunct Professor within the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, lecturing undergraduate and postgraduate courses and co-supervising students working on several joint NRC-Carleton projects.
