Mentorship Programs
The Student Experience Office hires, trains, and prepares upper year mentors to be able to connect with students on the peer-to-peer level in order to assist them throughout their transition to university and throughout their time here at Carleton.
First Year Connections
The first few weeks of university are filled with lots of exciting and new opportunities; our First Year Connections mentors are helpful in navigating all the new information as you embark on your journey of studying at Carleton.
Community Connections
Community Connections is a year long mentorship program designed to provide students with a customized peer support. Students that participate can expect a customized approach that focuses on their community building and belonging while developing strategies for building positive mental health and finding school-life balance.
Additional Programming
In addition to the Student Experience Office programming, students may benefit from some of our partner programs:
Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) presented by the Centre for Student Academic Support
Science Student Success Centre Mentoring
