Students in their fourth-year of a linguistics or applied linguistics and discourse studies honours program are invited to apply for the Angela Tong Memorial Award.

Awarded annually to a student with good academic standing who is in the Fourth year of the Honours program of the School of Linguistics and Applied Language Studies and who is in need of financial assistance. Recipients must be Canadian Citizens or permanent residents of Canada (landed immigrant or a protected person), and must meet OSAP’s Ontario Residency requirements. Endowed in 1997 in memory of Angela Tong by family, friends and the faculty of the School of Linguistics and Applied Language Studies.
