Discourse Group is a biweekly research group that focuses on all topics in the realm of discourse including but not limited to; Language in Policy, Corpus Based Discourse Studies, Critical Discourse Studies, Environmental Discourse, Systemic Functional Linguistics and more. The group invites Graduate students to present on topics they are researching (both in progress and completed), or related papers they are reading. We seek to discuss critically Discourse related topics, and to provide an opportunity for students to practice their presentation skills, and engage with research surrounding Discourse.
We are currently looking for presenters for the dates below. If you are interested in presenting any course projects, or ongoing/completed research, please consider registering using this Doodle Poll.
