Dr. Peter Ricketts, Carleton’s Provost and Vice-President (Academic), and Dr. Joy Mighty, Associate Vice-President (Teaching and Learning), celebrated the 2015 Carleton University Teaching Award winners at a private luncheon at Baker’s Grill on Monday, July 6.

Provost’s Fellowship in Teaching Award winners Jim Davies (Institute of Cognitive Science), Simon Power (Department of Economics) and Peter Thompson (School of Canadian Studies) were all in attendance, as well as New Faculty Excellence in Teaching Award winner Stacy Douglas (Department of Law and Legal Studies), and Teaching with Technology Award winner Anne Trépanier (School of Canadian Studies).

The two other outstanding educators who were unable to attend the luncheon were New Faculty Excellence in Teaching Award winner Jeffrey Erochko (Department of Civil and Environmental Engingeering) as well as Eva Kartchava (School of Linguistics and Language Studies), who won both a new faculty and teaching with technology award.
