Applying theory to real-world experiences is essential to enhancing students’ academic engagement. Experiential learning helps learners reflect on an experience and make connections between theories and concepts explored in class with real-life applications.
On Dec. 7 from 12-1 p.m., join us at the EDC for a session that will focus on using technology, including cuLearn, to foster experiential learning. We will review experiential learning and discuss its importance in creating meaningful learning experiences for students. We’ll also explore a variety of experiential learning ideas and ways technology can assist in their implementation.
