Applications for the second round of funding through the Virtual Learning Strategy are now open.

Developed by the Government of Ontario, the Virtual Learning Strategy aims to expand the capacity and quality of virtual learning at postsecondary institutions across the province. There will be $7 million available for projects related to digital content (educational materials and micro-credentials) and XR (augmented, virtual and mixed reality technologies). Proposals are due Jan. 14, 2022. You can find out more about the call for expressions of interest here.

eCampusOntario is hosting a briefing on Friday, Nov. 12 from noon to 1 p.m. to provide an overview of the timelines and to answer questions. Teaching and Learning Services will also host an information session for Carleton instructors on Nov. 24 from noon to 1 p.m. about the call and guidance for your proposal(s).
