On-Campus Classroom Support
If you are teaching face-to-face courses this fall and require immediate assistance in your classroom, call the help desk at 613-520-3815. Support is available Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Educational Technology Support
Submit a ticket for Brightspace, Capture and Zoom support through our new TLS Support Portal. Support is available Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and weekends in September from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Equipment loans are available to help you and your teaching assistants develop and teach courses. Types of equipment available for loan include tablets, document cameras and WiFi hotspots. Lapel mic stems are also available now for instructors teaching on campus. If you are teaching this fall and would like to borrow equipment for yourself or your TA, submit your request here.
If you’re interested in recording content or entire lectures in one of our studio classrooms, on-campus recording is available. Fill out our request form and we’ll get in touch with you to set it up.
