Brightspace Training
TLS is hosting instructor–focused Brightspace training workshops to help you get started on Carleton’s new Learning Management System (LMS) ahead of the launch on May 6. Brightspace Basics sessions provide an overview of all the basic tools involved in an initial course set up. Intermediate/Advanced workshops are also available on a variety of topics, such as assignments and rubrics, quizzes, discussions, and gradebook. Register for an upcoming session or check out recordings of past sessions on the new Brightspace Mediaspace channel.
On-Campus Lecture Recording
If you’re interested in recording a course introduction or entire lecture, on-campus recording is available in one of our operator assisted classroom studios. Simply fill out our request form and we will get in touch with you to set it up.
Equipment Loans
In need of additional equipment? We provide equipment loans to help you and your TA(s) support, develop and teach online courses. Types of equipment available for loan include Microsoft Tablets, iPads, document cameras and more. If you would like to borrow equipment for yourself or your TA, submit your request here.
Additional Support
