Instructors using Scantron during the final exam period (Dec. 10 to 22) are asked to drop off their sheets to the TLS main office in room 410 Dunton Tower as soon as possible after their exam is done so they can be processed in a timely manner. Scantrons cannot be submitted via interoffice mail. Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

All Scantrons need to be dropped off no later than noon on Dec. 23 to ensure they are processed before the break. Otherwise, exams will be processed starting on Jan. 4. Results will be available within three business days.

To expedite the drop-off process, please ensure you have completed the Scantron Scanning Request Form with an accurate count of the number of Scantrons you are submitting. This form cannot be submitted electronically – it must be printed and submitted with the physical Scantrons. Also, please ensure the Scantrons are stacked face up with the timing tracks on the left-hand side and completed answer key(s) on top.
