Immediate Classroom Assistance
We continue to have expertise on site to support immediate classroom assistance. If you are teaching on campus and require immediate assistance in your classroom, please call the Learning Spaces help desk at 613-520-3815. Tuesday Sessions in the Future Learning Lab
Our team of Educational Technologists, Educational Developers, and Instructional Designers are available for drop-in consultations every Tuesday from 10–11 a.m. in the Future Learning Lab (ML 483). No registration is necessary. If you need to meet at a different time, please complete our course consultation request form.
Educational Technology Support
The best way to receive quick and efficient support for Carleton’s educational technologies (D2L Brightspace, Kaltura/Mediaspace, Zoom, H5P etc.) is to submit a ticket to the TLS Support Portal. TLS staff members actively monitor and address tickets as they are received. If you are having difficulties accessing the Jira Support Portal, you may need to clear your browser cache.
Educational Technology Quick Troubleshooting:
- Clear your Browser Cache.
- Update your web browser if needed.
- Verify if Educational technology is online and functional: Brightspace, Zoom, Kaltura.
Teaching or Course Consultations
Please use our course consultation request form to submit requests for one-on-one consultations related to teaching, assessment, course design, integrating technology, classroom orientations, etc. Using the form allows us to direct your request to the first available team member with the appropriate expertise.
