The BGInS Living and Learning Community Residence Fellow for 2015/16 is Trevor Schonewille. Trevor is a second year BA student in Global Politics and Economics. During Summer 2015 Trevor worked as an English as a Second Language Teacher in Japan. He has also been a Me to We volunteer in Kenya. Trevor is originally from Jordan Station, Ontario.
A Living Learning Community (LLC) integrates students’ academic experience with their social life at university. It consists of a group of students with similar interests who all live together in one area of residence. The BGInS LLC is the first of its kind at Carleton to explicitly link the residence experience with an academic program.
