FSEAP Ottawa has partnered with Jennifer Moir from Agewell Solutions, who provides personalized and supportive services for clients in need of information and guidance in achieving practical solutions for aging adults and their families. Jennifer is a Certified Senior Relocation and Transition Specialist, an Elder Care Planning Counsellor, and Certified Health Specialist.
What Agewell Solutions does:
- offer independent, professional senior housing and relocation assistance
- provide care navigation and advocacy services to ensure your health care needs are met and your voice is heard
- support and offer guidance to family members and working Canadians so they can continue to thrive while supporting their loved ones
- educate and train caring professionals so they can offer exceptional service to their clients’ regardless of age and health status
Please note that in respect of social distancing guidelines, all appointments will be held through either telephone or video conference.
There are additional alternative points of access for EAP services. Employees can submit an online request for services through the FSEAP Ottawa website or through their recently launched mobile app, available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
