How do I update my emergency contacts?
To update your emergency contacts, follow these steps:
- Log in to Carleton Central
- Select the ‘Personal Information’ tab
- Select ‘Update Personal Emergency Contacts’
- To update and existing contact:
- Select the name of your contact
- Enter your emergency contact’s relationship and full name, address and cu_people_phone number
- Select ‘Submit Changes’
- To add a new contact:
- Select ‘New Contact’
- Enter your emergency contact’s relationship and full name, address and cu_people_phone number
- Select ‘Submit Changes’
- To remove a contact:
- Select the name of your contact
- Select the ‘Remove Contact’ checkbox
- Select ‘Submit Changes’

How do I update my emergency contacts?
To update your home address or cu_people_phone number, follow these steps:
- Log in to Carleton Central
- Select the ‘Personal Information’ tab
- Select ‘View/Update Address(es) and cu_people_phone Number(s)’
- To add a new address:
- Select the address you would like to insert from the menu at the bottom of the page and select ‘Submit’
- Enter your new address and cu_people_phone number in full
- Select ‘Submit’
- To update an existing address:
- Select the red text in the address or number you would like to update
- Enter your new address and cu_people_phone number in full
- Select ‘Submit’

To update your beneficiary information, fill out the appropriate Benefit Application and Change form and return it to a Benefits Specialist.
