Going into post-secondary next fall? Curious about what it’s like to be a university student, and how to mentally prepare for the transition from high school to university? Just need to vent? Come get some tools and techniques on how to maintain your mental wellness from Lamar McCormick, a registered therapist for Black youth, and get all your questions answered and speak your mind in a safe space catered to you by current Carleton Cognitive Sciences student Adela Nkoranyi. This session, focused on the transition from high school to university, will help mentally prepare you for the transition into post-secondary.

· Open Q&A/ guidance session by ACB Carleton student

Registration is required to attend this event and attendees will be emailed the zoom link prior to the event.
