Dr. Rebekah Ingram, who received her PhD from the department in 2020 with a dissertation on the topic of Kanyen’kéha (Mohawk) place names, has been named English language Editor of Onomastica Canadiana, the journal of the Canadian Society for the Study of Names. The journal will be open to new submissions in September and can now be found on Twitter and Instagram at @OnomasticaCA and on Facebook.
