It is with great pleasure that we announce that last week Brianna Strumm, one of the School’s PhD students, successfully defended her thesis entitled, “Northern social workers’ experiences with reflective practice: Analyzing power in international development work”. Brianna is already a faculty member at the University of Fraser Valley in the Social Work and Human Services department, and will be the 3rd student to graduate from our PhD program.
