Following the completion of negotiations with Canada Life, premium rates for the following group benefits will be adjusted as follows effective May 1, 2022:

The actual amount that you and the University pay for your group benefits coverage is available on your pay stub which is accessible through Carleton Central at http://central.carleton.ca.

Visit the Canada Life GroupNet portal at https://my.canadalife.com/sign-in to check out the latest health and wellness topics, make arrangements to have your claim reimbursements deposited directly to your bank account, and access your health and dental claims history, obtain a copy of your benefits card.
