Benefits Update 2022
Carleton University is proud to provide a comprehensive group benefits program for faculty and professional staff.
Following the completion of negotiations with Canada Life, premium rates for the following group benefits will be adjusted as follows effective May 1, 2022:

| Long Term Disability (LTD) – Staff | Increase of 89% | |
| Long Term Disability (LTD) – CUASA | Increase of 2.5% – partial subsidy | |
| Health Care | No Change | |
| Dental Care | Increase of 6% | |
| Life Insurance | Increase of 5% | |
The actual amount that you and the University pay for your group benefits coverage is available on your pay stub which is accessible through Carleton Central at http://central.carleton.ca.

Information about your group benefits as well as benefit claims forms can be found on the Human Resources website at http://www.carleton.ca/hr/.
Visit the Canada Life GroupNet portal at https://my.canadalife.com/sign-in to check out the latest health and wellness topics, make arrangements to have your claim reimbursements deposited directly to your bank account, and access your health and dental claims history, obtain a copy of your benefits card.
