Benefits Update 2023
Carleton University is proud to provide a comprehensive benefits program for its employees.
An important part of managing this program is the annual renewal of contracts with our insurers. At this time we review how the plans have been used and negotiate the best rates possible for the coming year. We have completed our analysis and discussions with Canada Life for the 2023/2024 benefit year, which runs from May 1, 2023 to April 31, 2024.
Premium rates for benefits will be adjusted as follows effective May 1, 2023:

The actual amount that you and the university pay for your benefits coverage is available on your pay stub accessible through Carleton Central at http://central.carleton.ca.

Information about your group benefits as well as benefit claims forms can be found on the Human Resources website at http://www.carleton.ca/hr/.
Visit the Canada Life member portal at https://my.canadalife.com/sign-in to check out the latest health and wellness topics, make arrangements to have your claim reimbursements deposited directly to your bank account, and access your health and dental claims history, obtain a copy of your benefits card.
