What is included in the mandatory training that I need to complete?

There are five (5) modules you need to complete once you are documented:

1. AODA Customer Service Standard
2. AODA Information and Communications Standard
3. AODA Employment Standard
4. Worker Health and Safety Awareness
5. Workplace Violence and Harassment Prevention
