The Teaching Achievement awards are administered by the Office of the Provost and Vice-President (Academic) and recognize outstanding teaching achievements. These awards are intended to enhance the teaching of their recipients and the overall quality of instruction at Carleton.

Dr. Fogarty-Bourget’s project aims to build a targeted writing strategies course adapted to the diverse needs of Carleton’s students. With this award, Fogarty-Bourget will use a data-driven approach to identify essential academic writing skills to support student success in the increasingly digital and varied academic landscape.
