Congratulations to the 32 faculty members and contract instructors who graduated from the EDC’s Certificate in University Teaching program on Tuesday, Oct. 29.

Facilitated by 3M teaching fellow Dr. Anthony Marini, the CUT program is a great professional development opportunity, allowing Carleton’s faculty members and instructors to develop their understanding of pedagogy and enhance their teaching skills.

The program features practical activities, such as a microteaching component, and gives participants the opportunity to develop a framework to design lectures, develop effective assessment strategies and identify ways to enhance student engagement in their classes.

Registration for the Winter 2013 cohort will begin shortly. For more information on the program, click here.
