Join the EDC and journalism professor Kanina Holmes on Oct. 3 for a pizza lunch and an in-depth discussion about cuPortfolio, the newest addition to Carleton’s blended and online learning environment.

cuPortfolio is a web-based application that allows students to collect artifacts (text, multimedia, assignments, presentations, etc.) to showcase their achievements and learning throughout their degree. When integrated into a course, it can also become a rich assessment tool for instructors to evaluate and provide feedback to students.

During the session, professor Holmes will showcase her portfolio and highlight the benefits of the app. She will also discuss the motivation behind her use of cuPortfolio and what she thinks students will gain from their portfolios when she introduces the app to her course this fall.

The session will run from 12 – 1 p.m. in room 422 Dunton Tower. Space is limited, so don’t wait. Register today by filling out the form below.
