Faculty and contract instructors can now register for the EDC’s popular Certificate in University Teaching (CUT) program – a great opportunity to further develop your understanding of pedagogy and enhance your teaching skills.
Facilitated by 3M teaching fellow Dr. Anthony Marini, this 10-session program features practical activities, such as a microteaching component, and gives participants the opportunity to develop a framework to design lectures, develop effective assessment strategies and identify ways to enhance student engagement in their classes.
The spring cohort begins on June 3 and ends June 26. The sessions will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., with the exception of the first and last sessions, which run from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
