On June 26 from 1-3 p.m. join us at the EDC and take part in open discussions and a practical design activity that will help you discover the secrets behind inclusive course/program design for face-to-face and web-based instruction.
This session will help you identify:
- The misunderstood nature of usability, accessibility, inclusivity and user experience in course and program design
- How to use personas to start thinking about accessibility/inclusivity
- How to take control of designing for everyone
- How to evaluate online, blended and face-to-face courses and programs for accessibility/inclusivity
You’ll leave this session with a well-rounded understanding of the differences between, and the application of, usability, accessibility, inclusivity and user experience in course and program design/development.
