Celebrate, Learn and Lead. Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is critical to Carleton’s future success. Join us for a week of events that will raise visibility and awareness of the value of human rights work and EDI, prompt an exploration of practical ways to integrate those principles into our organizational structures and culture, and prosperity in the community. This year’s Inclusion Week will investigate subjects and experiences related to inclusion at a time of pandemic response, racial reckoning and technological transformation.
