Carleton has secured an enterprise license for Zoom Pro accounts for teaching and learning purposes. This means that everyone in the Carleton community has access to a full Zoom account, which can support up to 300 concurrent participants with no time limit.
To access your full Carleton Zoom account, log in to Zoom using your MyCarletonOne (MC1) credentials. Zoom is also fully integrated into Brightspace, making access easier for instructors and teaching assistants to schedule, join, manage and view Zoom meetings and recordings from within the Learning Management System (LMS). The Zoom portal will still be fully accessible for users wishing to use Zoom outside of Brightspace.
As we continue with this integration, we will regularly communicate any policy changes with Zoom account users as well as Carleton’s teaching and learning community.
