On September 4th we are hosting an Orientation for new BGInS students. This event is designed to prepare you for your post-secondary academic journey. Attendance is mandatory for all first-time BGInS students. We will start the day by providing an overview of the BGInS program. After that, there will then be break-out sessions for each of the 17 Specializations in the degree. In the afternoon, students will hear a presentation from the BGInS Student Society, before heading to the Fieldhouse and Expo Carleton,which allows you to explore the ways you can get involved at Carleton University.
All students attending the Orientation will receive a free Carleton T-shirt. In addition, we will provide a free BBQ lunch beside the Rideau River. Come to the Orientation to meet and mingle with your fellow classmates and professors.
The Orientation starts at 9 am in the Singhal Family Theatre, Room 2200, Richcraft Hall.
