Daughters of the Vote
BGInS student, Monica Izaguirre-Canales, was chosen to be a delegate in “Daughters of the Vote” by Equal Voice. This initiative began in 2017 to mark the 100th anniversary of some women getting the right to vote in Canada. Monica is one of few Latina candidates chosen to represent women in politics. A huge congrats to Monica for her success and dedication!
