You can access the mandatory training modules through Carleton Central by following these steps:

1. Log in to Carleton Central
2. Employee Services
3. Learning and Professional Development
4. Online Courses

Note: if an enrolment key is required to access a module, it will be available on the Online Courses page, under the module cu_people_job_title in red.

There are five (5) modules you need to complete once you are documented:

1. AODA Customer Service Standard
2. AODA Information and Communications Standard
3. AODA Employment Standard
4. Worker Health and Safety Awareness
5. Workplace Violence and Harassment Prevention

No. You are required to sign this form as a commitment to do the training within two weeks of being documented by Human Resources.

A banner ID is your Carleton ID number, a nine-digit number starting with 100 or 101. If you are a Carleton student, it is the same as your student number. If you do not have a Banner ID yet, Human Resources will generate it for you when you submit your employee documentation package.

Once you have completed the forms, you may send a secure PDF or zip file to humanresources@carleton.ca. Alternately, you can password protect and scan your forms.

Once you submit the documentation package, it will be input into our system within 2 business days of the 1^st or 15^th day of the month – whichever comes first.

You will receive an email to accept the job and complete your employment documentation package through Carleton Central. This helps move the documentation online to speed up the payment process.
