Visitor Parking Rates
Effective May 1, 2026 all visitor parking areas on campus are programmed based on the rate of $5.00 per hour time period. Core/premium parking areas (Lot P1, P2, P16, Street and EV Charging spaces) are intended as short-term parking (4 HOURS).

Daily Paid-Parking with Full-Day Rate
The parking areas listed below are available to visitors 7 days a week and offer a Full-Day parking rate.

Evening & Weekend Parking with Hourly Rate
The parking areas listed below are available to visitors after 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and all-day Saturday and Sunday. Outside of these hours, the lots are reserved for permit holders. These lots offer hourly parking, with fees calculated based on the length of stay.
Weekend parking has a Full-Day parking rate of $20.00 per day.

Accessible Parking
The parking areas listed below are available to visitors 7 days a week and offer a Full-Day parking rate. A valid provincial Accessible Parking Permit must be displayed when using an accessible parking space.

EV Charging Stations
EV Charging Stations are available to both current parking permit holders and visitors for up to 4 hours. Permit holders may access a discounted rate of $1.50 per hour by using a Discount Code through the HotSpot App or QR Payment link (Contact Parking Services for Discount Code). Non-permit holders must pay the applicable EV Charging Station parking rate through the HotSpot App or QR Payment link. Once charging is complete, vehicles must be moved from the charging space; permit holders must return their vehicle to their designated parking area.

How to pay
Choose one of these payment options:
- Pay station: use a pay station found in select areas.
- HotSpot app: pay using the HotSpot mobile app.
- QR code: scan the QR code posted in the lot.
Check the HotSpot zone for your parking area before paying.
Before you leave your vehicle
Please ensure that you abide by the individual Lot regulation sign posted at each entrance. This sign states the specific use of the Lot and the prescribed applicable hours.
