Alex Madore

Contract Instructor

Alexandre Madore is a Clinical Social Worker at The Ottawa Hospital and the owner of a local psychotherapy practice, specializing in 2SLGBTQIA+ mental health. A former participant in the federal government’s prestigious Advanced Policy Analyst Program (APAP), he has advised senior government officials on complex global crises and health equity. Alexandre currently serves as a Contract Instructor at Carleton University, teaching social policy and ethics, and is a Research Assistant investigating 2SLGBTQIA+ issues in Multiple Sclerosis within the Cognitive Health in MS Lab at The Ottawa Hospital.
