About Me:
I am a PhD student in the School of Social Work at Carleton University, where I focus on gerontological social work, aging, mental health, and racialized communities. I graduated from the University of Windsor in 2022 with a Master’s in Social Work. I have experience practicing in both private and public healthcare sectors, long-term care homes, and I run my own private psychotherapy practice. In my personal life, I enjoy reading, gaming, travel, and spending time with friends and family.
My Research:
Currently, my PhD research focuses on AgeTech, social work practice, and how racialized care workers experience racial violence within care structures. I am always happy to interact or collaborate and invite you to reach out via email to connect.
