This PhD Student Program Update form is to be submitted annually every summer by all PhD candidates and students in Social Work. It provides the opportunity for students to self-assess their progress; and it provides updated information for the Graduate Programs Supervisor and Graduate Administrator in Social Work along with thesis Supervisor (if applicable) to guide us moving forward with best supportive practices for our students.
