Students with Special Considerations Request

This form is intended for students with unique or exceptional circumstances that are not addressed through the existing parking permit eligibility criteria. It is not a replacement for the standard parking permit application process or waitlist. Requests submitted through this form are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Submission of a Special Considerations request does not guarantee approval or the issuance of a parking permit. Students should use this form only when their circumstances cannot reasonably be accommodated through the regular parking permit process.
