THIS FORM IS FOR STUDENTS WITH APPROVED U-PASS OPT-OUT ONLY. If you have been approved to opt-out of your U-PASS because you reside outside of the OC Transpo Service Area and you require a parking permit, please fill out the form below. If you have not been approved yet, please contact the Student Experience Office. Please note that you will also need to register a ParkAdmin account using your cmail and student number, if you do not already have one. Please ensure that there is at least one vehicle listed on your ParkAdmin profile.
